 What We Expect

By completing this interest form for a coaching position with Golden Volleyball Academy, we hope to learn more about your experience, availability, and passion for volleyball. We are looking for committed, positive, and motivated coaches who are dedicated to helping athletes grow both on and off the court.

We expect interested candidates to:

• Demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring young athletes
• Maintain clear, respectful, and professional communication with athletes, families, and club staff
• Commit to attending practices, games, and club events on time
• Be willing to follow the philosophy, values, and policies of Golden Volleyball Academy
• Be open to completing required background checks and certifications (such as SafeSport, USAV, AAU membership), as applicable
